• Payment Data: Leaguewell does not store any credit card or other payment information. We rely on Paddle, a widely accepted standard and secure payment provider, for all payment handling. (See Paddle's Privacy Policy).

• Public Information: Wallet addresses, transaction histories, and token balances queried through Leaguewell are publicly available information.
• Immutability: We do not control blockchain networks and cannot alter or delete transaction data stored on-chain.

We do not claim ownership over, nor assume privacy liabilities for, the inherently public data present on the blockchain itself.

Your projects, search queries, saved blockchain items, notes, tags, and other data are considered your work product and are not shared with any third parties.

Knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information except where required by law. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services.

The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you via our application, over the telephone, or by corresponding with you via email, such as when assisting you with support issues.

Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required by law. Personal Information will only be retained for the period required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it, or as may be required by law.

We will never sell your personal data, regardless of your place of residence or other considerations.

Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete, and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used. You may update your account data at any time via your dashboard.

Personal Information will be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from any loss or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, utilizing modern encryption and secure server infrastructure.

You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting our support team. Please note that deleting your Leaguewell account does not delete any public data associated with wallet addresses on the blockchain.
